What is fear and how to beat it!

Fear always requires two things. 1) Your Imagination is required to create things that do not yet exist or MAY NOT EVER exist. And 2) an expectation that those things will occur. We generally attract what we expect t and therefore this part of fear is the one that is most dangerous, but grows with intensity and power as we give these expectations validity and evidence. The escape route is what you focus on the present and how quick you take action.
