What has been your biggest speaking fail?

What have been your biggest fails of your speaking career? I’ll go first, when I first started I was one of those guys who tried to be something I wasn’t. When I went on stage I would try to be all the other speakers I admired rather than me. (I even told stories that others told still giving them credit.
