I was reading an interesting article yesterday that talked about attention spans and was comparing it to another book I read on sales this month. Both suggest that most people make their decision within the first 10-12 minutes of a sales presentation. But isn’t it interesting to notice that most sales people don’t use that first few crucial moments to say anything useful.They take too long to get to anything that could wow a prospect or convince them they are there to solve their problem.
